At Speech Bubble Clinic, we deeply value the time set aside for each session and the preparation that goes into delivering personalised care. If you need to cancel or reschedule an appointment, we kindly ask for at least 24 hours notice.

This helps us manage our schedule, offer the session to another family, and ensure continuity of care.

For school or community-based sessions, please also provide at least 24 hours notice if your child will be absent. If travel has already taken place at the time of cancellation, travel charges will still apply.

Cancellation Fees

• Cancellations with less than 24 hours’ notice will incur a 100% cancellation fee, equal to the full cost of the scheduled service.
• This fee must be paid before your next appointment.
• Where eligible, this cost may be covered by external funding (e.g. NDIS).
